Take our unique People Performance Audit™ and measure over 220 specific items of your company’s functioning. Based on years of research into specific people behaviours, systems and indicators affecting business performance across 16 categories, the People Performance Audit™ helps you to identify key recommendations and priorities to improve your performance.
The People Performance Audit™ is conducted one-on-one with your chief executive, or business owner, for a strategic overview of your company and is conducted in three steps:
1) On-site interview and conduct of audit – takes from 1 to 1 ½ hours. We will conduct the interview with you face-to-face at your convenience in order to ensure the accuracy of the audit.†
2) Audit Analysis. Analysis is conducted by Lamplighter staff. We also analyse any relevant documents or business plans from your company and determine key priorities and recommendations for performance improvement.
3) People Performance Improvement Plan. We present key recommendations and a plan for you to accomplish them on-site, taking you through a one hour review and report. We will also apprise you of how you can use our services to create even better results, with no obligation. The Plan is yours to keep for immediate implementation.

"In June 2010, I undertook the People Performance Audit with Peter McLean from Lamplighter Performance Consulting. The process (survey, interview and document review) allowed me to identify strengths and weaknesses in how we help staff realise their full potential for the benefit of the organisation. We have a strong emphasis on customer service to the public, but need to strengthen our support of staff and reduce staff turnover. The audit confirmed our current moves to improve staff communication and use performance management more effectively. It provided further ideas (cross functional teams, explicit succession planning, better use of new technology) that might help us achieve and embed the changes we are after."
